I want to be clear in my case I bought a house in March 2018 we lived in the house until beginning 2020 then we moved out to another property put a tenant in the house. If I sell the houses now do I have to pay taxes on that property . I have around $100k in equity. I would like to sell it and keep that money :-) .

@David A. We bought a house with conventional mortgage with 3.5% Downpayment. That’s another option

@Jose With 30K it’s a good Downpayment for a new house. Where you can rent for $1500-1700 But the purchase prices it’s going to be higher that $150k

Si hemos hechos varias casa. No mucho trabajo en cada una. Cambiamos piso, pintura, arreglar unas cosas. Pero el profit fue bueno. Claro ya eso fue hace unos años atrás.

Ahora mismo tenemos dos propiedad nuevas en kissimmee y una en champions gate tambien Nueva.

Esta estrategia nos ha funcionado mucho. Porque mi realtor es mi propia eso.

Yes, there is a lot different work area. But tourist it’s the most important revenue for everybody here. Hotels - restaurant etc. But the only thing that has stopped tourist to come it’s covid-19. Besides that the city and the state it’s growing.

Also a lot people it’s moving to the state
