@Nicholas Guy Thanks for the invite. As I mentioned to @Ali Boone, I've actually never gone to a single meetups, yet. So I'm not quite sure what to expect. How many people normally go to that meetup in Temecula? I've looked into the Vegas market before, but not Phoenix or Havasu. Have you seen any prospects in those markets? I'm just waiting to do my tax this year and then I'm really gonna start looking into possible lenders. The aim is to close escrow on the first prop by June. 

@Nathan Mellor Triplex in San Jacinto, huh? That's great! How are the units performing? As for the markets here in SoCal, with my budget, I really can't afford it here. I've even looked in Barstow area... it just doesn't make sense to invest here in CA with limited funds. It would def be great to have something local, but for now, to start with, it would have to be out of state.
