@Raphael Pickett

Welcome to the community. I am in the Shawnee area and am looking for 3/1.5+ flips in the good school districts i.e. Liberty, Park Hill, Blue Springs, and Lees Summit on the Missouri side and Blue Valley, Shawnee, Gardner-Edgerton on the Kansas side.

Hope to see you around and maybe do some business together.

Kyler there are some areas in south JOCO for multi but primarily trying to find the SFH like everyone else in this market. Most of the cash flowing multi are in the KC city limits.

Thanks for your service Scott I'm prior military as well. Good to think about your life after your service.

Paul could you explain a little about controlling a property without owning it?

Thanks

Hello Sundeep (All investors). KC is a good market to be in prices don't appreciate as some other regions but cash flow is there. Since KC sits on the border of 2 states with ideal large companies I.e. Sprint, Hallmark there are many neighboring communities that will provide the returns youre looking for. If you ever need assistance in determining which areas you'd be interested in please reach out. I would be more than willing to share what I know.

Hello everyone my name is Rudolph Smith and I am so excited to be joining this site. I live in the Kansas City metropolitan area and just wanted to introduce myself.

I am getting back into real estate after a hiatus (2008 meltdown). I understand that real estate is great vehicle to build wealth. I am looking to partner with investors to learn more about the business, grow personally and professionally as well as make money.

I am very interested in multi family units. Would like to build a portfolio of those kinds of units. I am not adverse to doing single families. I'm just needing help to get started and any advice, mentoring or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
