Hi BP!

My name is Tamara Marsh. I have over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. I am a Licensed RE Agent and Realtor in Los Angeles, CA. I also own a Real Estate Transaction Coordinating business and work with many of the top agents on the West Side as well as investors.

After years of watching some of the top producers in my industry have tremendous success working with their investor clients, I decided to take on a few investor clients myself.

And boy am I and I glad I did! Real Estate has become fun for me again! I love finding hidden gems that end up working for my clients. Plus, I have learned so much over the last few years working with investors. It is very different than working with your typical family looking for a home. It really taught me how to see a property through the eyes of an investor.

The only problem is the market here in Los Angeles has changed so dramatically over the the last 2 years that it makes finding a good deal very challenging. I have also been running into more wholesalers and have had challenges on what to do in certain situations being an agent and not the direct buyer.

That's when I started to do some research and found Bigger Pockets. I absolutely LOVE this site! What a wealth of information!

My goal is to learn as much as possible from an "insider's" perspective so I can find the best deals for my clients. But I cannot lie, I also caught the investing bug and just flipped my first property out in Clearwater, FL!

There's just something about finding a neglected property and transforming it into a beautiful family home that just does it for me. Plus, the making money part isn't bad either LOL.

Anyways, I realize I am rambling now. I look forward to learning more and possibly making some solid networking connections.

There is a valuable perspective gained from understand both sides of the equation. Glad to have you here!

I'm here in SoCal, but invest out of state as well. I'm a buy & hold guy though :)
