If I transfer my rentals to my LLC, do I need to change the ownership name listed for the Insurance, rent payments, and what do I do if the bank ask for the note to be paid?

Ok, so I transfer my houses to my LLC with the hope they don't call the note due. If that occurs then I can transfer them back to my name? Correct. When the houses are in the LLC do I need to change my insurance information since they are no longer in my name?

thanks for the information. I've always been told the main reason to have them under an LLC is to protect you from liabilities, but my thought is I'm covered by insurance. I've also been told that putting your properties under the LLC cost more when paying taxes and takes away from your ability to receive credit.
