I am getting prepared to do my first direct mail campaign, but am looking for help/ideas on what it should say.  It just seems like saying "We Buy Houses for Cash Fast - Call xxx-xxx-xxxx" is almost too basic.  Is there other things that I should be including on my mailers?

Welcome to BP.  I am also a newbie to this site and to Real Estate Investing.  I am in Clio, so not far away at all if you ever want to meet up and discuss thoughts, ideas, strategies, I know Durand a little so I could always come out that way.

This site is a wealth of knowledge.  I think I have listened to about 20+ podcasts in the past week.  Also @Brandon Turner videos are very informative.

Hello. I am new to Bigger Pockets and new to Real Estate Investing. I am interested in Buy & Hold and BRRRR investing in small multi-family properties. The areas I am focusing on are in Mid-Michigan (Saginaw, Genesee, Bay Counties) primarily. I am hoping to connect with other like minded individuals in my area.
