@Janet Ikpa

@Mark Futalan

Mark is the best! We connected a few months ago and since purchased my first STR in la quinta in July. We are already cash flowing positive and I am looking to purchase my second. If you need help in the LA area, I can help. I am an active real estate agent and investor here in the San Fernando Valley. I know the regulations here in Los Angeles are pretty tough for short term rentals but a regular rental can be a great investment.

I just started using Rental Hero and I love it! I am a rental property investor but i hate making things complex and the last thing i wanted to do was create a separate bank account for each property..yikes. This software allows me to keep one bank account (and 1 credit card) for all my properties as you can categorize each expense to the property it's correlated to. Definitely great price for the functions it has! you can auto categorize as well like quickbooks.

Hi guys my wife and I are investors in los Angeles primarily fix and flip and are looking to invest some money in short term rentals in La Quinta, Bermuda dunes, or any other good desert cities in the Palm Springs area. Has anyone had any experience with good cash flow and if so do you have any good management companies?

@Will Barnard Hi Will, I have to say if had a pretty satisfying journey since my last post 4 years ago. I am a realtor by trade and I average about 25 Million in sales every year and have flipped 25 properties in the LA area as well as purchase 2 rentals. I have not invested out of state yet but that is something on my to do list! For now, Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley have been great to me.
