Best software for property management company managing multiple owners and company’s properties
@Todd Dexheimer Best advise so far. Thank you. I really enjoy your content. Also now that I have your ear. What would you say some good personal study material would be? Books and textbooks. Maybe even classes to take if you know of any.
@James Miller Looked me one up today. Thank you so much for the advise
@Theo Hicks Thanks so much for your response. Your information has been very helpful. I am definitely in the beginnings of this business. I’ve only been doing minor property management for the last couple of years and am enjoying the possibilities. I for sure need to continue my learning. Just really don’t want to have to give up all the time of becoming an agent. However, doing like you said seems like a very good route. Thank you
@James Masotti Ok thank you very much
@James Masotti Oh my bad. I just got on here. How do I post there. Just in the discussion category section? Thanks for the heads up.
@James Masotti I’m looking to start one
I’m in Texarkana TX and in need of some multi-family property investors. Everyone I know with one has multiple investors and I’m just curious if there are other sites/groups that I could join to help me build a team. Any feedback on this is appreciated

I’m an investor in the Texarkana, TX area, looking to connect with investors that are looking for a prime university market. Where are other good places to look for investors and what organizations do you find to be most beneficial?
