Hello Everyone, my name is Rhonda Itomura and not only am I new to BP, I am also new to REI. My husband and I are currently stationed at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri (Army). With the Military being downsized, we knew that we needed to have some sort of plan in place. Other than the home we purchased in Las Vegas in 2008, we have no RE experience. I'm sure like many others, we attended a seminar and got very excited and now here we are. I received a link to this site from an email sent to me by my husband and quickly realized this is a great place to gain more knowledge. For now, we are concentrating on assignments but building a buyers list is proving to be somewhat challenging. I'm looking forward to establishing relationships and learning much. Please be patient, I'm going to have lots of questions.
