I am remodeling a walkout basement to create an apartment. As of now, I have 8 ft. Wide sliding glass doors that I would like to replace with tenant proof French doors or patio doors to create an indoor/outdoor living space and would love your suggestions!

I've formed an LLC for my first multi family property. It seems that Ive heard Brandon say in a webinar that each property should be under a different LLC.

My agent , via mls. I’ll be managing myself so I can learn the ropes. And yes, it’s in Denver!

It all started with a date~that’s when real estate investing came across my radar. Jumped in with both feet, as fast as I could possibly go. I would LOVE advice on first steps to take as it becomes mine. There are leases in place on both units... one ends July 31st.
