@Ryan Kundrat Hi Ryan thanks for the response and feedback. Yes we currently live in Fairfield County as well, since were new to investing trying to figure out which city will be the most beneficial for out first investment. Im hoping to be able to have some equity in the property to use for further investment as well. Thanks again for your help!

@Peter Kopchik Thanks for the insight Peter! Haven't even considered New Haven until you mentioned it, after doing some research its in the top 25 for cash flow! Definitely will be looking into properties there, thanks again!

Hello everyone, new to bigger pockets and new investor! Me and my husband are trying to dip our toes into real estate investing by first house hacking. Finding a multifamily, living in one unit and renting out the others. Any suggestions on best locations currently to invest in? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much
