@Nick Riccio yes, I’m looking to buy an investment property with a mother in law suite so I can house hack.

I bought a duplex with a FHA loan last year. Upgraded the property and now ready to rent. Cash flow will be about $500-$600 per month. Looking to purchase my second property. Wasn't approved for a mortgage for a second home. Does this mean I have to purchase my second property as an investment property? Any creative options?

Looking to invest in an Airbnb property in PA. I’d like to Airbnb in the winter and use the property in the spring/summer. Preferable near a lake and mountains. Any suggestions? Looking for a good realtor, too.

@Mark Miles thank you so much for the insight! Just started my research and you’ve clarified a lot. I’m looking for an affordable location where I can have my second home that relatively close to my primary (Philly area) and Airbnb in the winter (not a skier).

Heard Disney bought some property in the Poconos. Looking to buy a second property up near the Pocono area. Anyone familiar with that area? Do you think buying property in the outskirts of a Disney resort is a good idea?

It’s only been 4 months. I’d like to purchase it earlier but if I have to wait, I will.

Happy New Year. I am a new investor looking to pitch case a second property. My first property was a duplex. Used a FHA loan to purchase. Looking for any innovative tips and tricks BP community members have used to purchase their second property. I would like to avoid a 25% down payment. Open to taking a HELOC on my duplex to purchase next property.
