Just a quick note to introduce myself. I am excited to have found and joined BP and am actually amazed I didn't already know about it. I have been a real estate investor since 2006 and have 4 rental SFH properties across the US (TX, UT, NM, TN). I live and work (tech industry) in the SF Bay Area which is also where I grew up.

I look forward to reaping the rewards of being part of this large community!
