I never thought about looking at empty lots.  Are there other areas in FW that you considered doing this as well?

What areas are considered up and coming and prime for appreciation? Seems like there is a lot of attention in the Fairmont-Southside district as well as near the Stockyards. Are there any areas that seems to be next? Maybe the stop 6 area? Any input would help.
