Thanks everyone for your response! I will take a look at the 1-20 corridor as well as the Morningside area.

What areas are considered up and coming and prime for appreciation? Seems like there is a lot of attention in the Fairmont-Southside district as well as near the Stockyards. Are there any areas that seems to be next? Maybe the stop 6 area? Any input would help.
