I was curious if there was a change in the opinions of buying new construction homes in Dallas for rentals.  Prices have gone sky high for pre-owned homes and rental hasn't grown nearly as much. Does it make even more sense now to get a new build?

Does anyone have experience finding an agent in the DFW area with a focus on foreclosures, bank owned REOs or HUD homes?

I spent 2 years living in Miami and the past 2 years living in Dallas.  MFHs are way more common in South Florida compared to the DFW.  The prices will be much higher in South Florida tho.
