I was curious if there was a change in the opinions of buying new construction homes in Dallas for rentals.  Prices have gone sky high for pre-owned homes and rental hasn't grown nearly as much. Does it make even more sense now to get a new build?

Does anyone have experience finding an agent in the DFW area with a focus on foreclosures, bank owned REOs or HUD homes?

I spent 2 years living in Miami and the past 2 years living in Dallas.  MFHs are way more common in South Florida compared to the DFW.  The prices will be much higher in South Florida tho.

@Andrew Morales Awesome deal Andrew! I too hope to utilize the FHA route for my first property. Do you have any tips for anyone hoping to utilize the FHA route? Also, how did you fund the renovations?
