Do you only lend/finance in your local area or are you comfortable working with out of state investors. I am currently located in Missouri and am always looking for investors to work with. Also, any deals you would want to run my way would be great, I am certainly not afraid of purchasing/investing out of state. thank you for what you are doing to help others, with enough experience I would like to do the same down the road.
