I try using biggerpockets more often, but just the overall UI and buggy app makes it tedious to use, anyone have the same problem or is it just me?

@Kyle Shankin

I've searched and I've been looking a lot recently, though the websites don't really have too much information about the expenses and such. Usually I want to verify them with the owner, but I never get that far.

@Kyle Shankin

Single family and multifamily is probably what I'm looking at now.

@Kyle Shankin

I've been looking for meetups and was thinking to go to some in Ohio. I haven't found any in Detroit, or maybe I'm bad at searching. I'm interested in multifamily, such as small apartments. I've been trying to get my way into wholesale by becoming an expert at finding the best deals, but I heard it's hard to get in to.

Hello,

I am a senior in high school interested in real estate investing. I have been exploring this topic for over one year now and I'm looking for people to connect with in the Michigan area to discuss and share ideas. I'm very motivated and committed in this field as my parents were doing it too when I was younger. I haven't set my foot in property yet, but I'm trying to learn from others. I can provide a lot, whatever you need I'm at your service.

Hi!

I will love to start selling deals I find, but I do not know how to proceed. After contacting the agent/owner and confirming the numbers,

How do I hold the deal?

How do I make sure both parties are happy, and the

transaction is safe?

Any legal documents required for this?

Hello everyone,

I am a teenager from USA, but I currently live in Europe. Real estate investing has been one thing that I always wanted to learn more about, but never knew where to start. My future goal is to become successful in investing into properties so it can fund my lifestyle and other business plans I have in mind. I know the importance of freedom and I really just want to not struggle financially and to use my income to help others and the planet. I have 1 more year before I graduate and I am dedicating this year to "self improvement" and learning as much as I can before heading into the real world. The journey begins here and I am happy that I have developed this open mindset to see the world differently. If you have anything you have to say to me, I would gladly listen to you!
