I have some experience with Rod’s program and will also be attending his virtual Bootcamp next week. DM me for further discussion!

Hey Jan,

Jumping into the multifamily investment world is definitely exciting, and with $30k to start, you’re in a solid position. Since you’re new to this, a smart move is to initially go the passive investment route. This means getting involved in a syndication deal.

This lets you join forces with other investors under the guidance of an experienced sponsor or GP team. They’ll handle the management, while you learn the ropes and earn from the investment.

Just make sure to pick a sponsor or team with a solid track record. It’s a great way to step into the multifamily world without the heavy lifting of property management or finding a deal.

I’ll be happy to answer any questions!

I am visiting my hometown of Boston over the Holidays! Seeing if any investors out there want to meet up for some coffee and talk about Real Estate. I am currently investing and living in San Antonio, TX.

Best,

Great analysis John Barr ! Thank you for sharing that. I completely agree with a lot of the analysis and wanted to add on about the Southside. I have feeling if Texas A&M continues with their plans for the campus, the area can develop to what UTSA did for the NW side of town.
