@Christopher Toth very true Al is indeed a guy you can rely on. Lately Al and the other guys at Strategy Properties have been attending a lot of things. Even me, sometimes I don't get the call and email as they promised, I just maintain in constant contact with them.  Personally, I can say that Strategy Properties is still one of the companies I can trust. Let me see what I can do to assist you here because from time to time Mike and Al are responding to my queries when I contact them. I'll keep an eye on the posts here. Just keep posting.
