It's very common in Indy for investors to steer clear from condos. If you are an investor of the Indianapolis market I would LOVE to hear your reasons why.

I just happen to meet my fiance and we both had an interest for real estate.  It was at the end of 2013 we met.  I was just getting my start on the learning process and she was at the time already a property manager.  We both share the same passion about it and we LOVE IT!!

No sir, I came up with the idea of using the mortgage to fund most of the asking price in hopes that the owner would finance the rest. But just learned the lender can't do that. @Aaron Ramm
