Hey @Shawn Holsapple I've actually attend a few CIREA meetings but i noticed you said you whole sale which is what I am greatly interested in. If you have the time I'd love to talk to an experienced whole seller to get a better idea of what exactly a good deal is. I can locate prospects and would like to possibly partner on a few deals to gaib more experience myself
