See I'm location in the Allegheny county area and I'm trying get started with my wholesale business. So I want to put property under contract and sell it. Now the question is do I have to get a purchase and sale agreement online for a website or go to a certain place in Allegheny or I could get them anywhere?

which one you use more sir if you don't mind me asking or which one you think is better to flip a property for profit

what the differece between putting a property under contract vs lease options to buy the property. I want to wholesale a property but I just want the equal rights so I could sell my rights to another buyer. How would I do that or is there even a different between it any feedback is welcome .thank you happy holidays everyone.

I seriously doubt you'd pass the test, maybe if you were a lawyer, no guarantee if you were. You need to learn real estate before dealing in real estate.

For the test, you could be asked how many acres do you have if you have 58,080 square feet in a meets and bounds legal description? Most won't know that off the top of their heads!

You don't learn real estate from public forums, blogs, videos or gurus, so take a class. :)

Hello @James Wise thank you for the welcome. I'm looking for the the first step I'm limited on money but I want to start with wholesaling. Everyone make it seem like that the best first step but I would like to work beside or for someone to get a better understanding.
