@Nicholas Aiola I have a LLC that I use for my bookkeeping business. I am very new to investing. If I start investing in real estate, would I need to create another LLC business specifically for all of my real estate investments?

@Ruth Lyons Thanks. I will give them a call. the property is in the city. I'm sure its allowable as there are sooo many within the vicinity because of how large the homes are.  Within the last 10 years we've noticed investors purchasing them for Assistant living or multi-family rental..

@Mitch Messer the property is in Baltimore. We don't have a problem with renting if it comes to it. we would prefer a long term rental. RAL would pretty much be steady income with minimal turnover. meaning having to deal with fixing it up for a new renter. 3 BR, 1.5 bath. finished basement which could be used as a BR.

Hello BP family. Is there anyone that could give a little insight on transforming a single family home into an assistant living facility? A family member moved out and we want to keep the property so we were thinking of turning it into a RAL. But we don't really know where to start. any info would be appreciated. :)
