I have a buddy who wants to rent from me, we have a property and I am currently waiting to hear back from the lender who will tell me if I qualify for a loan on Wednesday. I already own a property so I am having some doubts about whether or not I can secure this loan. How do I find financing for this home. It's 50k that I need.

I need help finding flippers or renters investors since I don't live there in Oroville. So how do I find buyers?

Sweet, just wanted to let you guys know that I am currently house hacking with tenets that pay my first house while I live in it. Started an investment / wholesaler llc and just started looking for buyers and sellers of fixer upper properties in the hi desert. Do yall need a property? Need to sell? Or just need a listing of FSBO properties? Also is this forum the main means of communication or do yall have an social media I can get ?

Its inspirational knowing that there are actually people in the hi desert that think like this. I would love to see if I could help add some value. Do you guys all still meet up?
