@Amy Kendall, I am looking in too long term rentals, multifamily, and apartments.  My worries are I never have written a plan.

@Sam Grooms hey sam, could you possibly explain how you managed to purchase such a massive amount of units? Possibly how much down did you put down? Did you use investors, and if so how many and how you convinced them? I honestly would love to have a similar story as your self in the future. Thanks

Good Morning everyone, my name is Rogelio i am new to the real estate investing and would like to get anyones help or opinion on how to i write up a plan for investors? Or how do i propase a plan to an investor? What i would also like to know is their an exact percentage that is always recommended to give as a return to investors after a 5 year period? I hope i was able to explain myself. Thanks in advances for everyones help.
