Hello folks!

Ive been investing in Cincinnati / Hamilton and North Coll since 2019 and it’s been growing the area. I’m looking for agents in the area, please DM! Cheers!

@Calvin Watkins thats great to know man!
I ended up looking around other opportunities in Cinci, I have a great team there that's helping me, its hard to move away.

I also talked yesterday with an all in house property manager company called Home River group from Chicago, but I had a pretty bad taste in my mouth after the meeting and also seen the yelp reviews... Find a good property manager is a big gamble when you're switching markets....

Great tips and stories folks! Thanks a lot!!

Hey everyone, thanks for the answer!

Ida hurricane (that was a hurricane and became a tornado), kind of almost crossed Cincinnati, and that’s why I started to be concerned about it. No flooding zones and a good roof seems to minimize my concerns then… great tips!

I've bought 4 properties in Ohio just out of pictures that my agent sent me.

I'm from San Diego and have a team there that I can trust, this is really important to give you up to speed in negotiations out of state.

#Trust!

I currently have 4 properties in Cincinatti area, and as im expanding my portfolio, Im looking around other states and cities to don't "put all of my eggs in one basket". I'm specially concerned about natural disasters around Ohio area.

Is someone there from Ohio / Cinci that has the same concern like me?

Any ideas / suggestions for other cities that I could buy a <100k house and get a 1% rent?
Thanks!

Thanks Dani for your answer buddy!

So, I should then have a property insurance AND umbrella on top of it correct?

(I understand this is just a friendly advise from your end).

Also, when you talk about property insurance, are you talking about home owners insurance or renters insurance?
