Hi guys! I'm pivoting from long term to dip my toe on STR. My question is for my out of state investors. Who or how do you decorate your STR from thousand of miles away? Is it a company, the handy man, cleaner?!? Like I'll buy all the furniture but who can set it up? Thanks

Hello guys. I know a 203k is used for your primary resident. But is there a way around that? Like, having my niece live there for a while? I already have a mortgage in solely in my name. But my wife will be a first time homeowner, can she apply for a 203k, keep all bills in her name, just have her niece pay for us back or whatever. Thanks 

Looking to buy my 1st duplex using a HELOC for a down payment on a 200k duplex. Do people use HELOCS for down payments for duplex? Ideal I want the tenants to pay for the mortgage and my HELCO. Thanks! All advice is great!
