I'm a buyer and wonder how paperwork gonna flow with seller financing without compromising seller/buyer safety especially in the future. Is Attorney and Escrow payment is a good way to be involved? I would love your sharing and thoughts about it. Thank you.

Hello everyone, hope you guys are all ok.

I just want to share question that If I buy my 1st home, is it ok to buy another one anytime even less than 2 years for as long I have down payment? I'm in Guam (a US Territory). Thank you. Keep safe.
