Works on cell network. Google game or hunting cameras and you will find many cameras out there. No additional cost for connecting to your cell phone.

Invest in cameras used for hunting. Really inexpensive and can mount them in trees or along the roof edge. They even have some that are wireless and you can view with your mobile phone. I have installed these on flips and when finished just move them to the new location. I am determined to catch these crooks in the act.
