sounds like you have a shot at $200 Deposit and X-Monthes of Pet Rent if it's at least mentioned in your lease.

are you renting the unit or looking to buy? Could be vague because it's just a mom and pop owner or it's a mess and they are done dealing with it. I wouldn't be concerned unless you are buying sight unseen.

What does your lease say about pets? What is the city or state law for pets, (usually it's something like no more than 3 per cat, dog etc. I would think. I may of seen too many horder shows and that is what I am remembering). You should give the tenant notice of the problem. "you have too many pets, in order to retain your deposit you must clean good and not have so many cats" only say it different you know. Before you do that I would find out what legal leg you can stand on, be it your lease or some local law you can point out. Good luck

I would say it's a Pro's/Con's perspective. not a lot to do in a field but I think a playground ads value. I may bring in a lot of people, however if the major feature is a baseball diamond I would think that's more on the weekend traffic. If I was you see what happens and use it as another investment property sence you have probably lived there for a few years (I'm guessing).

I believe it makes it a little bit harder to pay off your mortgage, because of the extra exspence. To answer your question, if I remember right it is all one payment (especially if it's your residence). Also, I believe that you are paying this extra money so your loan would be higher.

hope that helps.

I had a foreclosure right next to me. Just wait until the realtor sign gets put in the yard, unless you know someone inside or outside the company that can help. I may be like banging you head on a brick wall if you want to try to call around. Good news is you will know who to call next time they get another property that you are interested in.
