@Daniel Ryu,  Thanks for the offer, wouldn't hurt to have more eyeballs on this.  I'll send you a PM in the next day or so with details on what I'm trying to accomplish.

Thanks,

-Rob

I'd be interested, either Seattle or Eastside.

There are a couple of HMLs in the area here in Seattle that will handle all the details of the transaction, including proof-of-funds and bidding on the property for you. If the property is acquired you have 48 hours to wire the HML the down payment. They don't charge anything unless you acquire the property.

I currently have 3 duplexes under renovation in Tacoma, with two of them completed, and ready to be listed to rent early next week.

I'd be interested to hear investors experiences with property managers in Tacoma and who you would and wouldn't recommend.

Thanks,

-Rob

Hi @Sei-Jung Park, welcome to BP!  I think that you will find this is a great resource for meeting like minded investors and learning more about real estate investing.

I actually have some questions about investing in South Korea that I have been unsuccessful in finding the answers to during the last couple months.  (Specifically obtaining a bank account and access to a brokerage that trades South Korean stocks)

I'll send you a private message and would be happy to answer questions about investing in Seattle, and give you a little bit more detail about what I wish to accomplish by moving some investment capital to South Korea and maybe you could help point me in the right direction.

Thanks,

-Rob
