I am looking for someone who could do a market analysis on a piece of land that is on a lake in Mason County, Washington. The owner approached me about selling and I want to buy it. I'm hoping that a market analysis will suffice instead of an actual appraisal.

The City of Tacoma also offers a low to no interest side sewer replacement loan program.

@Andrew Postell You are correct in that I do own my half outright. I don't have the cash to buy the other party outright so a loan is going to be the option that I need. I will check with some local smaller institutions. Thanks!

Hello BP,

I am half owner of a lake property in 
Mason County, Washington. The other owner wants to sell his interest in the property. The property has a 500 sq. ft. garage, septic system, power, but no running water. Water is pumped from the lake to the toilet that's located in an outhouse.

I am wondering where do I find financing to buy-out the other party? What I'm finding out is a traditional fanny mae loan isn't possible because there isn't a house on the property.

Please tell me all of your great ideas. Thanks in advance!
