I am new to bigger pockets and new to real estate investment. Much like other people I have been reading posts from, I grew up in St. Paul, MN and have moved to Seattle, WA. I have set my goals and future towards real estate investment. I have set my goal to own 12 multi family properties within one year from today, re-evaluate and proceed with the next goal. I currently have two vacation homes I rent in Leavenworth, Wa. I am focused on duplex or SFR that have low entry costs and have good cash on cash returns. I am hoping to make the right connections to get this off the ground in the right direction. I have a good hard money lender that I use in Seattle that serves Washington, Oregon, California. I'm looking for lenders in Minnesota. I will keep reading other people's posts and listening to the podcasts to further my knowledge. If anyone can help steer me in a direction or connect me with links to good topics I would be very appreciative. Thank you
