I don’t know much about South Florida, but I love it here in the Dallas burbs. Everything is new, with tons of room to grow still, and beautiful homes. Jobs are strong and companies keep moving here. I used to live in San Diego after the military. I loved the weather, but my quality of life is MUCH better here! Also, Texas has helped my net worth tremendously. To me personally, it’s an easy choice. Good luck!

Not sure how to get access to the MLS but redfin, realtor and Zillow have tons of info for DFW. Sometimes I don't even need to log in to find out what I need.

 @Carlos Ptriawan

yeah I know about the private notes (if there are any) but I guess it just depends on what he needs.

Cashflow is pretty much dead in the Dallas area. Our appreciation is constantly on the rise though! You definitely would have to invest with a long-term goal here. The good thing is we are one of the fastest-growing populations in the US according to the Urban Land Institute. Our rents are great here but mortgages are higher especially because of the current interest rates. Over time, you will be able to raise rents but just know it’s a long-term play. Good luck!
