Donna I'm not quite ready for a JV yet. I need to get a few rentals under my belt first.

Hello All,

I am just getting started in real estate investing in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Holland and West Michigan in general.  I am looking to buy, rehab and hold SF and MF.  We currently have a bid in our first foreclosure.  Any advice for getting started in West Michigan?  It seems pretty competitive right now
