Thank you all for the responses. @Jonathan Greene thank you for the introduction. @Andrew Freed I'd love to get in touch. I have looked at Worchester in the past as my cousin went to WPI but have little knowledge of good neighborhoods. Preferably multi family but if there's a good fixer upper single with a lot of potential I'd look at that too. I have an electrical background my father is licensed so not afraid of upgrading services and fixtures that other investors don't want to touch. 

@River Sava I have looked at Somerville and really like the opportunity there but it's more expensive than I think the other people investing with me would be willing to participate in for a 1st flip. Definitely interested if the right deal comes up though. 

I am in the construction industry mainly working on commercial real estate projects for the past 7 years. I have been looking for opportunities for a while now for a fix and flip to start building capital to eventually build up a rental portfolio. I have the availability to put down $75k to $125k of capital for a deal and I'm flexible on the location. The preference would be anywhere within an hour or so drive of Woburn MA but I am having trouble finding deals that pencil out. The market is extremely hot around Boston/north of Boston so I continue to expand my search area but I am getting into markets I don't know very well. I'm looking to see if someone has a step by step process for finding finding the right market/deal or really any information on what sites/resources to use as I search.
