Thank you for your reply despite an unclear post. Essentially what I am asking is when the realtor that I am working with who knows I am wholesaling sends me info on a property what are specifics I need to know to make an offer?

Beginner investor from New Jersey. Curently working with a realtor and looking to partner with more experienced investors.  My question is when a realtor sends you a prospective property to look into as a wholesaler what is the specific info you need to forward?
