Hi guys, I've recently moved to the Atlanta area from Washington, DC. I currently work as an Architect for a large architectural firm that specializes in Mutlifamily projects. I, currently, have my architectural license in Washington, DC, but have the ability to gain reciprocity across the US. I'd be interested in buying up properties or buying up land and developing something. I've been interested in real estate for some time, and would like to potentially get started here in the Atlanta area with some small multifamily type projects. Thanks! Dave

Hi,

My name is Dave Robertson, and I work as Staff Architect in the Washington, DC metro area. As a design professional I've had an interest in real estate for some time now, but I just don't know where to start. My initial thoughts have been to flip or rent. I know the answer, to this, is probably all over the forum, but I'm curious how other people have gotten their start?
