Great post! I’m beginning my investment strategy this year 2020, I was debating either jumping in to house hack a duplex via fha, or waiting two yers about and saving cash to purchase a brrr with cash, however instead of just saving cash in a savings account I thought this would be a great oppurtunity to start a brokerage account and try for a higher return. I have a boa account already and like the integration with Merrill edge, do you have any feedback on this platform? And also can you recommend any books podcasts to introduce me to the need to knows regarding stocks and dividends? My goal is to deposit 100$ a day for two years. Thanks for any info you have šŸ™ŒšŸ»

Im interested in acquiring a multi family that needs a full rehab, 4plex and two story house on single property (2 story used to be boarding house) potentially 6-10 rentals after rehab. Id like to split the units as some long term some Airbnb ( thinking cash flow could be higher as Airbnb) Im trying to calculate the deal and wondering if anyone has any experience advice with Airbnb. Are there differences with legality, taxes with long/ short term rentals? (Newbie this will be my first deal) thence for the help!

@Alex Nelson depending on the scope of the job ofcourse.... a sprayer adds more work onto the prep( tape windows covering floors mainly carpets( tile can be mopped with a latex paint remover to remove over spray) etc. but spraying puts on way more paint than rolling and gives you better results especially on heavy textured ceilings old popcorn etc. I use a grecko I think from depot, just make sure you strain your paint first.! Very important!!! and clean after use.
