I am 20 years old and I want to start flipping houses I live in New York and have no money and would like to find an investor but don't know how to find one. Is it rude to go to wealthy neighborhood and out flyers in mailboxes? I'm really lost on this and I don't want to come off as pushy or rude. Any but of advice or constructive criticism is greatly appreciated

Just wondering how some of you guys got started. I love to hear stories about how people got to where they are and would love to hear some of your guys first deals and what you said to your self that made you go out there and buy your first property.
