help finding investor
I am 20 years old and I want to start flipping houses I live in New York and have no money and would like to find an investor but don't know how to find one. Is it rude to go to wealthy neighborhood and out flyers in mailboxes? I'm really lost on this and I don't want to come off as pushy or rude. Any but of advice or constructive criticism is greatly appreciated
