Friday is the closing and I’m getting extremely nervous. Did we buy the property low enough? Are all the updates we’re going to do make the property appraised at what we need to pull out and do it again? Will we find good renters? Will this covid stuff get people not to pay tent? Is everything going to go smooth? Lot of stuff going through my head right now.

Any advice or positive feedback to calm me down?

What parts are really going to drive the appraisal up? Does it matter that we’re almost doing a complete remodel?

Once done and everything goes smooth how do I take the money back out with out having to pay loans until we purchase another property?

My eyes and head hurt from all this research reading and YouTube videos I’ve been falling asleep to the bigger pockets podcast every night so far.

Closing on a property in Merrillville next week. My friend that was suppose to help me out with a lot of the work just got slammed with a commercial property one of his clients bought he has to do and will not be able to send me as many guys as he originally intended to.

If any one has ever used anyone in this area and had good experiences please let me know thanks.

Northwest Indiana is hot right now. Everyone from Illinois is running over here as fast as they can. Not too far from Plymouth we actually are closing on our first property next week.

If you can find something by in Munster, Dyer, Schererville, merriville, highland or ever Griffith area properties are going up like 10% a year right now. We got our house 2 years ago for 274k it’s valued at 330k right now. We are getting a condo that’s in a duplex now.

I had a friend that told me 15 years ago to buy property in these areas I called him crazy if I listened to him I would be really well off financially right now.

We got approved for a SBA loan under our corporation and decided to invest it in real estate. Found a nice condo it’s in a duplex like building closing on it next week. Have more cash to put into a renovation and then plan on renting it out.

Once rented out and I have a good feeling I would like to pull the money back out and look for another property and do it all again.

My question is when we do that do the loan payments start right up or can you keep the loan money frozen until we find a property and purchase it. Last thing I need is to be paying 2 loans sitting on cash while looking for a property because it is something I do not wanna rush.

Guess I can call a loan person and ask but since I wanted to sign up to this site for a while might as well throw it out there and see if anyone knows. Thanks.
