Hi Mike...I am thinking about REIAs for sure. You mentioned "RICH Club used to be my favorite"? Being a newbie here, I am unsure what we mean here. Is RICH Club a REIA that has fallen from grace or what? Thanks!

Thanks for all the welcome messages! To answer an earlier question, I teach Band at the MS level. My wife and I plan to study this business and come up with a plan before jumping in. I am sure we will be seeking out advice. We look forward to the journey!
