I'm a commercial mortgage broker. We have a network of ~25 commercial banks and credit unions we could bring to bear. PM me if you'd like to connect

Adey. I can help finance commercial transactions. Let me know if you're interested in connecting

Jorge - once you find a team and identify your acquisition targets, I can help size the deal (i.e. underwrite) and help you understand what financing options are out there for you, if that's a component you need help with. Feel free to DM me if so

Looking to meet as many commercial brokers and investors/sponsors in the CRE space in Indy/surrounding area as possible.

My expertise is in financing deals (commercial mortgage broker). Please reach out to me if you're interested in networking or learning more about commercial real estate finance.

Located in Indy, but I do business primarily across the Midwest.

@Sean Ross thank you very much. Definitely a reasonable fee. Do you have a good resource to reference to understand the whole process and applicable timelines (e.g. I want to sell property A. When do I need to identify property B, buy property B, what are the rules regarding property B, etc.)?

@Amanda Davi - would love an update as you go down this path. I had thought to do something similar, but heard the process of executing a 1031 could be costly.

Thanks, Steven. Happy to be out here! I'm a big fan of endless cornfields, and I've definitely found the folks to be friends. I'll connect with you and message directly. I think we should find a time to chat over the phone and keep the conversation going for future opportunities.

Hello all -

New to this forum, and first time posting. Looking to meet like-minded (motivated) individuals in Indiana to grow my network both personally and professionally.

Recent transplant from Denver, Colorado, working in Commercial Real Estate Finance (Mortgage Brokerage). Despite these challenging times, I'd be happy to meet for a walking coffee, beer, lunch outside. . .  whatever you're comfortable with.

My goal is, first and foremost, to grow my professional network and learn from folks that are smarter and more experienced than me. If possible, I'd also love to create some value for CRE investors/sponsors out in Indiana - I can share knowledge or ideally help you arrange financing for your commercial transactions. Happy to talk more about that at a later point. . . I'd also enjoy meeting more people on a personal level, and this seems like a good place to sync up with some highly motivated folks. Last, I'm beginning my 'action taking' into the investing world. Long time spectator, and looking to dive in fully, so I think that applies to pretty much all the above!

Again - not fully sure how this works, but reach out, and I'll continue to explore the forum for other posts/folks in the area.
