@Katí Evans-Bailey - I was looking at the map and read a couple of articles about Dothan while I was searching for larger cities. As a realtor, do you work in that area?

@Katí Evans-Bailey - As a matter of fact, I am closing on a SFR in December in Mobile. I am also looking at Dothan but don't know much about that area. I found a couple of doable deals in Dothan but I don't know how the rental market is there.

@Katí Evans-Bailey - I would consider my purchase almost a turnkey. There is no much that needs to be done as the owner has done a lot of upgrades. Inspection came back with probably about 3k in repairs and the owner has agreed to complete the majority of the work. I am hoping to rent it asap... keeping my fingers crossed.

@Katí Evans-Bailey - Hi Kati', I am closing on my first Mobile AL SFH next month. Do you have any suggestions for a property management company? I have a great real estate agent and she has suggested one but I also want to do my homework and check with other property owners. I am also looking for a duplex to invest in but not having much luck.
