Hi guys last year Iv spent a lot of my time learning learning and learning, i have read a few books (rich dad poor dad, developing leader with in you, million dollar real estate) and many more. I get told 2 things hundreds of times (start now as your young!/read and do your research) iv study tons of vocabulary, professions, sales, marketing ect... I feel like I’m still not ready for this..

I struggle on understanding taxes, money lenders and theirs differences, contracts, laws and bunch more.

I want to get opinions and how I can improve my mind to mentally be ready so I don’t come across a point where I don’t understand a situation.. thank you guys I’m very excited to get this going!
