Thank you all for the insight. It gets a little overwhelming being new to all this and being pointed in so many different directions. I'll keep all the recommendations top of mind while I sort out what it is I should do and what makes the most sense for my specific situation.

Hello, Everybody! I'm interested in a 2-4 unit  property in the Florida market and would really appreciate referrals to Realtors , and PM's who know their stuff and might be looking for a new client. This would be my first investment/property I've been a renter all my life and decided it's time to make the transition. Thanks

Hi there everyone,

I've been learning about RE investing for only 3 months now and I'm finally going out of my comfort zone to network and possible and ideally meet people near me in Whittier CA. I'm interested in buy and hold and my criteria are as follows residential multi family and I'd like to ultimately work my way up to commercial multifamily 16+ units probably out of state in the sunbelt Florida market. I work a w2 job and plan on using that to start with some FHA agency loans etc. But first and foremost I'm here learning all I can before I take that step my timeline is 1 1/2 yrs of education and networking. So that's pretty much it! Thanks everyone
