My wife and I own 13 multi family bldgs in Arizona from duplexes to 18 units. We are not sure if we should put each one into an individual LLC or keep them heavily insured. The thought of maintaining separate LLC's intimidates us but we don't want to leave ourselves exposed. Please advise.

We are looking to purchase multifamily buildings in Phoenix, Tucson and lake havisu city ax.  We want to search out seller financing.  We know these people are out there.  Please let me know if you can help with this.

 Thank you for that info. What is the best method to locate theese seller financing deals?   It seems like many sellers are not familiar with seller financing and when I bring it up it spoils them. Please advise
