This is a common question.  Years ago I felt the same way and chose an accountant based on geography rather than expertise and knowledge of real estate investing.  Fast forward after LOTS of issues, I switched to someone who was in my opinion the best choice rather than the closest choice, and I'm WAY happier.

My accountant is John Hyre, his company is Hyre Legal Group, you can google him in Ohio.  He is a real estate investor, accountant and attorney.  He specializes in SDIRA issues, and representing investors in front of the tax courts.  His associate who does that actual returns is meticulous and I am thrilled with the level of response.  He has lots of clients in MA and NH so is familiar with the state requirements.

Hey Robert, great to meet you as well. I just listened to your Millennial Investing podcast episode with Scott Trench. Great episode with a ton of excellent information. I read Set For Life less than a month ago and it was incredibly impactful. Derry is a great place and Pinkerton Academy remains one of the best schools in the area.

I'm happy to hear that you have experience with Nashua, Manchester, and Concord. I hope you find a great BRRRR property in Manchester! The north end multi families and even some SFRs on Union Street can provide great opportunities. I'd love to connect and talk real estate!
