@Caleb Heimsoth thanks for the advice! I currently have a 3.93 gpa, will graduate with no debt, and have a sizable savings. That is why I want to start investing and putting my money to work (not just in the stock market).

@Andrew Fredrickson thank you! I have been listening to the podcasts which is how I became interested. I am looking to invest in the Provo, Utah area. Specifically, I am interested in buy and hold properties to produce good cash flow and wholesaling. I am currently looking to go in with my dad on a property but don't want to stop there. I have also heard that there are some questions regarding the legality of wholesaling , so I am not sure how to go about it. Thank you again for your feedback!

I am new to Bigger Pockets and new to real estate investing in general. I am in college getting my degree in Finance and wanting to get into real estate investing as soon as I can. I am wondering what the best way to start is?
